ABOUT THE COFFEE:
100% red bourbon, 12 oz whole bean coffee.
This is a light-medium roast espresso.
It comes Finca La Reforma and Finca Santa Maria located in Santa Ana, El Salvador.
Grown 1,400 to 1,500 meters above sea level on the Santa Ana Volcano.
Fully washed and sun-dried on clay patios.
DIAL IN:
We recommend a 1:3 ratio, dialing in at 17 grams dry dose, 51g liquid yield, for 25 to 30 seconds.
TASTING NOTES:
It is a full-bodied espresso with flavors of cranberry, blood orange and chocolate.
